Four short videos will give you the background on Turner Prize winner Martin Boyce and his work. Twenty-one minutes all together and time well spent.
First up is a profile put together by the National Galleries of Scotland, posted about a year ago. The video is five minutes long.
The second is a survey of his 2009-2010 exhibit, No Reflections. It is eight minutes long.
The third is a short clip out Boyce’s work with a visit to his studio by the Tate after his nomination for the Turner Prize. Four minutes.
And finally, the BBC’s interview with Boyce after the prize was announced. I don’t see a way to embed that video so you’ll have to travel to the BBC’s page. You’ll suffer through a 30-second advertisement. Sorry. Four minutes long.
